All L'Oreal products boxes are opened when we received. Are you selling tester or returned items? Any products such as makeup, lipstick, eye serum, eyeliner, etc..... so strange that all of their boxes are opened, it's not sealed. Why? We are continuously buying; we like this brand, but next time if it's opened, we shall return it. We are keeping it because we really need to use. The above review I wrote last time and it still the same with this item as well. No improvement.

The lipstick case is damaged! It does not open When I try twisting it it just stays there- the case does not rotate to open- have asked for a return

Defective! . Must have received a second-hand item. The lipstick casing was covered with a large sticky label with the wording "nuevo" on it. It took me 30 minutes to remove it and there is still a sticky residue on it. Also, the tip of the lipstick was broken off. Again, seems like a second-hand item. It's too much work sending it back for a refund, but I will never order from this seller again. You're probably getting used products.

Je n'ai pas pris de photos car la couleur est conforme. C'est un nude qui contient un TOUT PETIT PEU plus de rouge qu'un corail : effet bonne mine garanti! Il est assez pâle, donc ça en prend une bonne couche! J'ai dû l'appliquer au doigt car j'ai actuellement des feux sauvages et voulais éviter de contaminer le tube : si je l'appliquais au tube, j'en mettrais davantage et la couleur serait juste correcte. J'ai un teint clair, des yeux bleus, des cheveux poivre et sel (qui étaient brun très foncé à l'origine), et cette couleur de rouge à lèvres me convient très bien. Si les couleurs foncées vous durcissent les traits, ce rouge crémeux à la couleur délicate est pour vous (avec un fard à joues assorti, ça donne beaucoup de douceur au visage). Le tube contient une quantité raisonnable de matière. N'hésitez pas à l'acheter, mais surveillez les rabais!
