What material are the zipper/zipper sides on these? Are they metal ?

The zippers are RC-class made by YKK. The zipper slider is made of metal (zinc) while the zipper track is plastic coil, which is commonly used with nylon gear.

What is the inside color for the Black model?

Hello, The cordura inside will be black, there is orange ripstop lining for the pockets, and black elastic webbing. Very similar to the wolf gray, however in black.
