Universal Smart Mobile Phone Stand,Hanging on Neck Cell Phone Mount Holder, Lazy Cell Phone Holder (Black)

I bought this 2 months ago, have used it every day, and LOVE it even though, one week in, I broke the spring loaded mechanism that holds the phone. At 70 I have limited grip strength and had been struggling to pull it apart so I could insert my iPhone. The holder came apart when the spring loaded mechanism snapped and broke off. My immediate reaction is not fit to repeat on a public forum. Let’s just say I was highly annoyed and dreading the return process because it would involve a 40 mile round trip to the nearest return center. BUT . . .I was able to put the phone holder back together sans spring mechanism and it works perfectly! In fact, better as far as I am concerned. I can now EASILY place my phone in the holder and adjust it up and down; and, yes, it keeps a grip on my phone even when I stand up to go into the kitchen to get more coffee (or whatever). CAUTION: without the spring mechanism it does not hold my phone as tightly, so you might want to hold onto your phone when moving; or, remove it from your neck, do your thing and then put it back around your neck when you’re done.I love this hands-free way to use my phone and do recommend it for others.

I bought this to be able to watch videos on my phone without having to hold the phone the entire video. I can wear it around my neck, or bend it to prop up the phone. Unfortunately the screw that holds the phone bracket and allows you to hold the phone upright has now broken. It will still hold the phone but you can no longer adjust the angle of the phone. Gravity takes over and the phone faces down and to the side.

Fits phone and Amazon kindle! Great for reading in bed. Maneuvers around nicely and very adjustable.

This thing is cool. I can use it for tablet and phone.

For the price, it's good. The problem I have with it is that you can only use it horizontally and it's a stretch to get my phone in. I have an iPhone 12 pro max and a SAMSUNG Galaxy S24 Ultra and even without a case, it's difficult to place my phone in there. Once on there, the spring was so tight that my galaxy popped out of it and landed on the floor.So... the spring is a good quality.The material and the thing that goes around your neck are good quality. If you have a smaller phone, (like the newer smaller iphones) I recommend this product for you. However, if your phone is on the larger side, unless you find something to wedge between the phone and the plastics holding up the phone so you can use it vertically... 🤷🏻‍♀️

The connection between the cell holder and the neck device is fragile. A thin piece of plastic. Move the cell phone around a bit and it will snap like a potato chip.
