The product seemed to be in perfect condition but when I opened the second compartment it was empty. I took the while thing apart to see if maybe it slipped down but could not find this missing item anywhere in the package. I hope this was an error and that I can get reimbursed or item can be replaced!? But I am disappointed since this is an excellent product and I looked forward to trying all the little samples.
