I don't know the exact size & inch but my sink is 8 inches it was extremely small

It did not come with a board. I put it in my sink

Q: What are the dimensions? This says the rack is 5.12 x 3.94 x 0.39 inches. That's the size of 1/4th of a piece of paper.

When collapsed, it's about 3" inches high. Expanded, it's about 5". The other dimensions are a little over 12" x a little over 14". That follows what they have listed under "About This Item", NOT "Item Dimensions". This drainer fits perfectly in my small double sink. Hope that helps!
