are these ok for heavier curtains ie insulating material

Hi I used these for my door curtain, which is lightweight, stuck to a painted wall which did last for a couple of weeks but eventually came un-stuck. I have now glued these to the wall and are still up so may not be suitable for really heavy curtains but until you try them I cant really say.

Are these suitable for sticking to material covered walls in my campervan

I have them stuck to bedroom wall and bathroom tiles , seems they stuck any where and are very sticky/strong
