So this was pretty easy to put together, just a few bolts and nuts and pretty obvious where they go. Two features on this pull up bar stand out to me as awesome. One is the soft grips which goes a long way for me, I don’t like my hands getting torn up and it provides a better grip. Two is all the different grips, more range of motion and more muscles being used. Overall this was a complete success, I’d highly recommend this product.

Biggest problem is a bolt right in the middle of the main crossbar, the weakest part of the bar. It went together rather easily. I love the idea of it with the hands above the top trim piece. I am 6 feet four and 210 pounds. once up I tested it by just hanging from it and doing a pull up and I could see the bar start to bend inward at the bolt. Where the bar goes together it began to flare slightly. There’s no way this would last over any amount of time. Maybe for somebody well under 200 pounds but not somebody my size.

It's fairly easy to assemble and works as advertised The included wrench tool is mostly useless. It took me about 90 minutes, some elbow grease, and a proper wrench to put together. It is a little wobbly but I have no worries it's going to fall apart. The metals tubes are pretty good quality for it's light weight. I was hoping it was a little heavier but it being very light weight is good if planning to travel or move it around often. This is worth the money!

The pull up bar height is great especially for tall people. But the cross bar keeps bending more and more. I’m 240 lbs and this happened after only about 20 pull ups. Screws are all tight, bar just isn’t solid enough.
