4100 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush, with Pressure Sensor, 2 Intensity Settings, SmarTimer and QuadPacer, 14-Day Battery Life, Black, Model HX3681/24

سهلة الاستخدام ، قوية وفعالة ، خفيفة.

The toothbrush cleans well when it works, but after some months it suddenly stopped charging. No charging light, no vibration, completely dead. I tried different adapters and sockets but nothing worked. Very disappointing for a product from Philips. I also noticed many users reporting similar charging and sudden failure issues online. Would not recommend this model for long-term reliability.

Good quality tooth brush for the money. Had a another Philips sonicare and broke twice within the year of purchase, but this hasn’t had any issues yet. Battery could last a little longer but a charger on hand. The 2 settings I find enough. Recommended purchase.

This worked for less than a month then stopped charging! Extremely disappointed

After 2 months not charging anymore. A waste of money. Bought on Amazon but not possible to change it under warranty.

The toothbrush does not charge. And I can not return it. What a waste of money. Dont buy from this seller.

Will update when it fails.

The price of the 4100 bounces around everywhere all the time from £35 upwards so if you can get it for around that price, it represents good value for an electric toothbrush. This is my second one, and they do the job. Simple to use (one press at the start for normal vibration or two presses at the start for a bit more vibration) and then a two minute timer starts, with a vibration every 30 seconds until it stops. Brushes last about 3 months but aren't outrageously expensive - I just bought a load to last a few years. Excellent delivery and packaging as usual.

Here is a detailed, professional review tailored to Amazon's platform that highlights your experience with the toothbrush and Philips' customer service. Having used electric toothbrushes for years, the Philips Sonicare 4100 in Deep Pink really stands out for its performance and daily usability. The cleaning power is exceptional—it leaves teeth feeling like you just walked out of a professional dental hygiene appointment every single day. The sonic vibrations easily break up plaque along the gumline and hard-to-reach areas, giving a level of clean that manual brushing simply can't match. The built-in pressure sensor is a subtle but invaluable feature, preventing over-brushing and protecting sensitive gums while ensuring you still get a thorough clean. The battery life is impressive, holding a charge for weeks at a time, and the deep pink finish adds a nice, vibrant touch to the bathroom counter without feeling overly flashy. What truly elevated my experience with this product, however, was Philips' outstanding customer service. Even after the warranty period had expired, the toothbrush developed a defect. When I reached out to their support team, they handled the situation with remarkable grace and speed, sending a replacement without any hassle. A company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers even past the standard policy window is rare these days. Overall, the Sonicare 4100 is a fantastic investment for your dental health. Combine its top-tier cleaning performance with Philips' impressive commitment to customer satisfaction, and it’s easily a five-star product.
