Works
Works well. Decent life and super light in combination with the pedals. Time are my favourite setup for the easy engagement as I’m light weight and find shimano/look harder to engage esp as they wear on the engagement points. Time put the clips inside the body of the pedal so it doesn’t wear with walking and keeps engaging reliably as it ages

The right fit
I mostly use Time Xpresso 10 and these cleats seem to fit perfectly. There have been some that I bought over the years with a little different molding and they tend to be more troublesome to seat properly without squeaks.
