While I did not buy this product from this seller, and can say nothing to the seller's validity, I wanted to write a review on the product seeing as I own it and have tried it quite a few times on my Goffin's Cockatoo. The Cockatoo Shampoo is amazing!!! My bird has a plucking problem, which means that he is constantly covered in blood in one place or another. He then proceeds to wipe the blood all over his body while he tries to normally groom himself, how birds do. Additionally, he is white, so his feathers pick up oil and dirt and such and can look nearly brown. I was amazed at how well this shampoo, with just a light rubbing, lifts all of this dirt grease and dried blood stains right out of his feathers. The blood sometimes takes a few washes, but we all know how hard it is to get blood out of white things. So, I'm truly impressed by this products ability to clean our dirty birdies :) Additionally, I am very careful when I bathe him, but I have NEVER noticed any irritation on his end from the shampoo, and his feathers come out very light and fluffy after using it. In my opinion, this is an amazing product! You should try it for your birdies who just won't clean up in a normal water bath.

I too have not purchased from this seller, however I'm making an order right now! One bottle has lasted me 4 years with my Umbrella Cockatoo. You shouldn't bathe them with "product" more than monthly and many times I will just "spot treat" for a stain so the bottle went a LONG way. This takes care of stains like a magic eraser! It's non irritating to their soft delicate skin too! Highly highly recommend check out my cockatoo @cassthestinkychicken IG and youtube, we will have bath videos as soon as I get this.... she needs one!
