ForceField® UV Sunblock Fabric Fade Protector Prevent UV Ray Damage - 22oz

It seems to work well. It's been about 8 months since I applied this to my patio tablecloth and I see no signs of fading at all. It gets hours of full sun exposure daily. I am now trying it on a new slipcover I just made for indoors--time will tell. Assuming it is as effective as it appears, the thing I like most about it is that it doesn't alter the color or texture of the fabric it is applied to. My new cotton slipcover feels just as soft and looks exactly as before the application.

I bought this spray mainly for the golf net I have in my driveway that stays outside all summer long. I recently bought a replacement net that is held in place by an aluminum frame. The frame slides through a pocket sewn around the entire edge of the netting and it's made out of like a nylon fabric. The last one I had eventually faded real bad and shredded so I figured I would get some UV blocking spray to prevent this or at least delay it somewhat as the replacement nets are almost $300. The manufacturer of the net even recommends some sort of protection if you leave the net up all the time like I do. I soaked it pretty good with the spray when I set the net up in June and so far I have not noticed any fading at all - and the net is black, and the fabric seems to be as pliable as it was when I installed it. We have had a lot of sun over the summer too in Michigan, so I am pretty confident it would have faded somewhat and started to dry out by now and I see none of that. IMO it's money well spent and I will probably give it another spray soon. Much cheaper to purchase more spray versus a new net every couple of years. Seems to do the job and I a have no issue recommending this product based on the results I have experienced.

On certain fabrics I can say it really does prevent or reduce sun wear, on other fabrics I am not so sure. Not knowing what fabrics my things are made of can't help much but I would say in most cases it does slow down fading and destruction of the fabric. Really hard to tell without a side by side test, Just expect variable results.

This might sound stupid but I use this for my caps, and darker clothing. I live in a hot climate area and just got tired of coming home to find sun stains all over my darker clothes, especially caps. So I decided to try this. Sprayed two brand new shorts and two brand new caps so far, was out in the sun for hours and no sun stains at all. This stuff works! And yes, the spray bottles suck, they leak from the trigger and don't complete a squeeze. You have to pull the trigger back out and squeeze again. But hey, the stuff inside works and it will save more black clothes lol...

After using one whole bottle on a brand new deck umbrella ensuring complete coverage, it is already showing UV fading after only a few months. Very poor quality

I live in Arizona and the sun here is amazing and destroys everything! I bought new patio furniture and an umbrella as well as outdoor pillows. I got 3 bottles of this product and did heavy applications on everything. After covering 6 pillows, a couch cushion (seat and back), 2 chair seats and backs, 2 chair seats, a 8' umbrella, and then application to the wood of all the furniture including a table and two loungers, I still have about 1/3 of one bottle left. It leaves a waxy feel on your skin if you get it on you, but I haven't noticed this on the furniture (no residue coming off) and I have noticed that it is waterproof. It's only been a few weeks and so far no fading, which here anything is usually already faded after a few days outside. The AZ sun will eventually eat this too, but at least I'm hopeful it will slow the process down.

I had to pour the liquid into another bottle because the one I got didn't work. Not to mention we had to use pliers to get it open. For $16 I would have thought the bottle would have actually worked. Just uses it today so hopefully the liquid actually works 😒 we shall see...

This stuff is great! One application, and our red sun umbrella has kept its color through 2 Colorado summers! Very impressed. The previous umbrella faded to pink during the first summer.

It's very hard to review this item, but i sprayed it on my fabric sofa with no problems and I don't think the colour has faded over the sumner

J'ai traité 4 chaises en cuir véritable et 4 autres en cuirette. Le produit sèche en quelques minutes et ne laisse aucune trace. Je peux maintenant laisser mes chaises près de la fenêtre sans crainte.
