Microsoft LifeCam VX-6000 Webcam

Je l'avais commandé à l'époque msn mais entre-temps ça a été fermée, donc m'a pas vraiment servi quel dommage elle prend la poussière

Très bon produit avec de nombreuses fonctionnalités. La Webcam est de très bonne qualité : solide et performante surtout dans des milieux à faible luminosité. Je recommande le vendeur.

Ich habe mir vor kurzem die Microsoft LiveCam VX-6000 zugelegt, denn auch ich bin auf die durchaus positiven Reviews einiger Fachmagazine hereingefallen. Wie dieses schlechte Stück Hardware es geschafft hat, Testsieger usw. zu werden ist mir nach wie vor ein Rätsel. Ich kenne mich wirklich gut aus mit Hardware jeglicher art, aber selbst ich verzweifelte beim Einstellen der Webcam. Als ich das durchaus hervorragend verarbeitete Gerät zum ersten mal anschloß, traute ich meinen Augen kaum. Das soll die Zukunft sein? Ein total verrauschtes und vernebeltes Bild tat sich mir auf. Das erstaunliche: Selbst in den HD-Auflösungen sah das Bild identisch mit den niedrigsten Auflösungen aus. Was ist daran High Definition? Selbst meine alte PS2-EyeToy-Cam (von Logitech) zeigt mehr Details. Gut, die Lichtverhältnise waren nicht optimal. Es war verregnet und bewölkt draußen, aber sein wir doch mal ehrlich. Wer hat ständiges Miami-Feeling bei sich zu Hause mit offenem Dach. Die meiste Zeit befinden wir uns nun mal im Kunstlicht in der etwas düsteren Wohnung. Selbst das Einschalten diverser Bildverbesserer brachte rein gar nichts. Das Bild wurde weder schlechter noch besser, eben nur anders. Außerdem war das Einstellen der Schärfe (nur Manuell) kaum möglich, da das Bild von grund auf so verrauscht und neblig war. So ein schlechtes Bild hab ich noch nie bei einer Webcam erlebt. Im Gegenzug ist die Software die solide Microsofttypisch daher kommt und wohl noch das besste an der Cam ist. Aber auch das ist Geschmackssache. Die Installation verlief reibungslos und daß der Windows Live Messenger automatisch installiert wird, wie viele behaupten, stimmt nicht. Zum Beginn der Installation kann man dessen Installierung deaktivieren. FAZIT: Finger weg. Da ist selbst eine handelsübliche Discounter-Webcam (die es manchmal im Angebot gibt) besser und das um Längen.

One of our clients needed a web cam that was "Excellent Quality" and easy to use - this sure fits the bill. We were using Vista and the webcam comes with a sticker over the USB port telling you not to insert into PC until you have installed software - you must follow this advice or you will waste a lot of time trying to undo the auto-installation of drivers. We had to download an update to the software but this only took around 10 minutes. The quality of the image and sound is truly excellent - very clear and not much distortion when far away or close up. There are a number of cheaper web cams available which do a similar job - but not the same. If you need a functional webcam try the LifeCam VX-3000 Win USB Port EN/NL/FR/DE EMEA Hdwr which is almost half price. If you want exceptional quality then this cam is for you.

Okay so overall this webcam is great, especially in bright light, maybe in your kitchen? however, when you turn it on in a darker room the quality diminishes and the picture is nowhere near as good, and the colour is never how you want it. I also think the product could use some better webcam effects, such as changing the actual picture instead of a bee buzzing round... however although i have made myself sound so negative, this product was what i was looking for and i dont need incredible quality just to talk to my friends! but if your wanting HD or whatever they make next i suggest you look even higher up market.
