Item is made of poor quality. Key got stuck could not open when trying to pump gas. Item fell apart everything came loose. Key was difficult to insert from the beginning. I would not recommend and instead ask people to be ware and purchase a different item.

This product will fit but it does not properly seat for vapor containment. Both my GM vehicles had the engine check kites come in shortly after install. Pulled codes, discovered faults in vapor containment system. Had to reinstall OEM caps.

I purchased this cap and it works great!It fit my 2012 Equinox perfectly.

gas cap works well and with the inflation of gas prices it should discourage gas theft .
