Great headphones and amazing customer service
I've actually reviewed these headphones before and I really like the sound quality. Recently I had an issue were one of the headphones stopped working. I contacted the seller and they provided some troubleshooting tips that didn't resolve the issue. They offered to replace the headphones with new ones which arrived in two days! HTC is awesome and they customer service is impeccable!

Eartips Adjustment.
The sound on these are very good, but it's the eartip adjustment it keeps slipping andfalling out of my ears especailly while walking, running and standing still. Hot sweaty days they keep slipping out.

Crisp loud tight sound excellent.
The Microphone quality in phone calls is excellent. you really have to listen to these earbuds with the new Megadeth album, we'll be back, on VLC player, with EQ on headphone setting, absolutely amazing tight bass + good mids and highs. These get louder than many eatbuds I've3 tried. Duper comfortable. I recommend. My fsvr eatbuds right now.
