Very good cleaner
Bought this for my 80 year old neighbor. It is lightweight and easy to use.

BAIT N' SWITCH, DECEIVED
I ordered this looking to specifically to purchase a NEW Model SV1100 just as this is advertised. The reason is because I already own one and love it's powerful cleaning and long lasting battery charge. It has a more powerful 14.4V. What I received was a vacuum clearly marked in a box certified refurbished with a bar code description SV110REF. So it wasn't new. When I opened the box it was also a different Model SV1106N. You can only tell by opening the battery compartment. Buyer beware as this model looks similar, it isn't! It has a lower voltage 10.8V. Not enough cleaning power or lasting battery. There were many others Shark Navigator Freestyles listed as refurbished to purchase at a lower price through Amazon, however that wasn't what I wanted. What I wanted was a new vacuum. The one shipped to me looked like it had more wear and tear than my current broken one I wanted to replace. I guess I will have to keep looking until I find the correct vacuum.
