Unbelievably impressed with customer service as stated above watch didn't work because it was out of timeframe for return . I binned it . But they picked up on my feedback contacted me and offered full refund . Now that's customer service . I will be watching carefully to see what you bring out in the future 10/10

This was a great little watch with all the features needed for a basic entry level fitness watch. However, after about one month it got stuck on a firmware update which no amount of rebooting or installing could bypass. Thankfully I got a refund from Amazon which I put towards buying a FitBit!Shame really as otherwise I would have recommended it.

So far this watch is brilliant, my only criticism is with the messages - because of the shape of the watch part of the messages are cut off. It would be great if you could rotate the watch to read on its side, or not be able to read messages at all.

It’s difficult to get the correct fit with the strap and it often comes undone.The readings seem to be accurate.The battery life is about 3 days and it takes overnight to charge properly.Overall I like the watch and reasonable price but strap needs improving.

Like the look and the features steps HR oxygen levels and all the other usual features. Better home screen than my old fit bit. Easy to set up and use. Didn’t like the strap fastening it is too much of a faf keeping it tight until the fastener goes in the hole. HR and oxygen levels are accurate I checked against a blood pressure monitor. It does say that you can use it without a phone but you do need to be able to download the app for it to work. There is no web based dashboard to pair it. All in all a good buy with quick delivery. Thank you

I read and watched loads of positive reviews for this online and that’s why I bought it…. However I found it to be pretty poor.The pros- it looks good- it’s comfortable to wear- app is easy to useThe cons- buttons on watch aren’t very responsive, except when you don’t want them to be- really fiddly and a pain to close around wrist- worn for 2 workouts and both times it came undone and fell off- really inaccurate readings (see below)- app takes ages to communicate with watch and information seems to appear and then disappear again on the app- when using for walking or running, it doesn’t map your routeInaccurate readingsSo this was the worst part of the item really. 1 night it recorded my sleep 4 hours short of what it was but the next night it over recorded it by an hour. I was at a concert and it recorded me doing 1900 steps while I was sat down and it also recorded me doing 150 steps while driving. Brushing hair, getting dressed or even using a computer all gets recorded as steps.Whilst out in a walk, we used 4 trackers between us and this recorded the same round as being nearly 1km shorter than the other trackers (which were all very close to each other).When the information I can check is this inaccurate I can’t then trust anything it says. It’s only been 2 days but I don’t want to persevere with something this any longer and have already processed the return.

Nice watch, very good price, good features. Strap isn't great, but is acceptable.However, the watch bricked itself during a system update after 2 weeks and now doesn't switch on. Just reports 'K200776776' on the screen. Watch was returned.

Well priced and easy to use. App very intuitive, and battery life is good.
