For a novice with 12vdc, it can be daunting, when a person wants … simplicity. will this unit fade three led courtesy lights in a vehicle ?

Will the miniature timer turn on a 12 volt water pump for 30 seconds ever fifteen minutes repeating itself? The pump using eight amps.

What is the part number for the programming tool - the tool with buttons to program with? I cannot find that on Amazon or even the timer's website.
