I'm afraid you'll have to take my word for it (shy as I am). If you're looking for something that will leave you with a matte finish to your face this is it. Your face becomes picture perfect or just looking fabulous. I must admit, I didn't believe it until I tried it for myself. If you're not sure, get the small tube and experiment. That's what I did. I don't even wear foundation anymore. Just a little translucent powder over this to set everything and I'm good to go. I love it!

This primer appears to be good but I would need more time to be fully sure.

So I’ll admit I’m not a make up gal up or up on the latest trends etc but for my wedding I wanted to look natural for photos but not too natural being a bride for the first time at age 46.So I went to Ulta for advice and they immediately went to Smashbox because I told her it was for my wedding.I didn’t need a touch up the whole day. I still wear it daily (well on days I put a face on). That same year I was cast in a small role and even on the video shoot, the make up gal was impressed and she started using it because she didn’t have to do as many touch ups.Well that was 2015,I still wear the primer and Smashbox foundation. The primer lasted, the husband not so much.Don’t wait for your wedding to buy this. I say look fabulous everyday and forgo the marriage part.Fan for life.
