This oxygen concentrator machine is the best product i have ever bought. I have C.O.P.D and emphysema and i have noticed a difference straight away. My oxygen levels went up. It is so quiet you don't even know it's on. It is solid and well made, built like a tank. There is nothing cheap on this product. It comes with a manual that is old school, a proper book and big lettering, It is so easy to use - up and running in 5 minutes. I am so happy not to be tied down to breathing tanks. I would highly recommend this product.

I love this device, easy to set up and use. Make sure you use distilled water in the tank, set the strength of oxygen required from the clear instructions and the timer. I prefer to use the nose clip, this is comfortable to use all night and you quickly get used to the compressor which isn't as loud as I thought it would be and certainly does not disturb my sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and my oxygen levels at 93 instead of 86 pre use of this device. Importantly these days it doesn't use much electricity. Customer service is excellent and have kindly supplied free filters which can also be washed out as they need changing every 100 hours. All in all a great product. December update, excellent after sales service which is first class and very prompt.

This item is good but makes a continuous breathing noise whilst in use, it is not necessary and annoying when you are trying to relax with the oxygen flow....

I am fed up of amazon getting away with so much .. I purchased this item as I have vascular disease and my partner has emphysema and COPD ... item arrived very quickly and we set it all up and started to use ... both Me and my partner started having extreme breathing difficulties from the strong fumes of rubber we're an ambulance had to be called out to my partner as it set off a COPD attack... on the ambulance arrival we explained that we purchased the machine from amazon and explained about the fumes so the paramedic took a look at the machine and looked at the packaging for us .. he noticed that the packaging had mould inside it and hair not sure if it's animal hair or human 🤔 I don't have animals myself and the hair did not come from us as were both blond and the hair in the packaging is black .... plus there was a lot of rust that had rubbed off onto the instruction book and other parts of the packaging from the rusty staples on the packaging .... we was told by the ambulance crew to send it back to amazin straight away as this machine can't be brand new due to the hairs and mould and its also dangerous due to the rubber fumes which where very strong ..... this is a?breathing machine and every customer should receive a brand new one not one that's been used repackaged and sent out to another customer I think the hairs and mould gave that one away ..... made me and my partner very ill 🤒 this is happening to often with amazon who keep getting away with it !!!

I purchased this item, and I have been really happy with the product, customer service has been fantastic and really fast at returning any correspondence, I would highly recommend this product to anyone, that are looking for a reliable and relatively low cost O2 Concentrator. I currently use the O2 Concentrator and my CPAP machine together to give me a really good and restful nights sleep.

First impressions are this is a very high quality product, beautifully designed. Comes with a host of useful attachments and very clear instructions. Simple to use and quiet.(Only surprise is it doesn't seem to include a battery for the remote control. Fortunately we have a pack of the special button batteries already at home.) But so far, very very pleased.

This was purchased in the hope that it would help my wife manage her COPD. I am please to say that it does indeed help. Good quality product with ample accessories.
