Preserved Boxwood Cone Shaped Topiary in Clay Pot

Just tge right size and the prefect amount of greenery I needed for my bathroom

The boxwood was not green.

I am always on the look out for something unique, for my house, so was happy to come across these and was really happy to get them on sale. I ordered one and ended up getting two more. I love the way they look on either side of a grey vase, on my pony wall and the other one looks really nice, on a table in a grouping with a taller topiary and shorter potted plant. They had a really strong smell, from the leaves, when I first got them, but that died down, by the next day. The pots are made out of some sort of material that has some weight to it, so they are sturdy, which is nice. I just love these, and find them a great addition to my home.

Exactly as pictured. I did not notice an overly strong grassy smell some other reviews mentioned. It did smell a little grassy but nothing that permeated the room at all. Love the vibrant green color!

If you like boxwood plants but hate the plastic ones, this one is made of silk and is VERY NATURAL tothe look and feel. I have a penchant for boxwood plants in various shapes and this just perfect. Rich green color wit silk leaves, even smells natural.

These arrived with the box sealed shut. When I began unboxing, black soot started appearing on my hands. I should have stopped and returned them then. When I got the styrofoam untaped, a smell like I can’t describe permeated my kitchen. My eyes actually burned. I took the two outside to air out, as it appears they were degassing. After I came back inside to wash my hands, not only were they covered in black soot, but green stain from the ‘leaves.’ What in the world are these made of?? It’s been a week. If they still smell when I bring them in, they have to go back. It just wouldn’t seem safe.
