My son had been showing some mouth/sensory related issues and after a long search this is what I decided on. The interchangeable heads are super easy to change out and the options of the textures is fulfilling for him. It has 3 vibration levels and seems very durable thus far as my son is not gentle with anything. It also shuts off on its own which if it’s left on too long to preserve the batteries which is nice. That being said-There are two things that aren’t deal breakers for us but I would like a rechargeable option v batteries and to turn it on/off is a little hard for my 3 year old son to do on his own. Overall this was priced fairly and has done all that I sought it out to do.

As an SLP, I love having this in my therapy toolkit! The different textured tips give me plenty of options for oral sensory stimulation and oral awareness depending on the client’s needs and tolerance. The vibration adds another level of sensory input, and I appreciate being able to introduce different textures gradually. It’s easy to hold, simple to use, and versatile enough to incorporate into a variety of therapy activities. I especially like having multiple attachments rather than needing several separate tools. Definitely a useful addition to my speech and feeding therapy supplies!

This device has been a wonderful addition to our little one’s sensory tool box. As a non-verbal autistic child with difficulty eating, as well as teeth grinding; this sensory tool gives her the oral stimulation she needs on demand. It is easily portable, with its travel case she can have it even when we’re on the go. It is safe and easy to use. This company’s customer service is more than satisfactory. They stand by their brand and their product quality.

This is perfect for my oral seeking kid. I use this when he is over-stimulated, biting at his finger nails and it immediately calms him down. I love that you have to twist the bits in so it is harder for a kid to un-twist and choke. I do wish that it wasn’t so hard to click on, every time my son wants it I am having to click it on/off for him (which is no problem but my kid would probably love clicking it on for himself). Overall 4 stars and if your kid is in PT and they use one of these (but you don’t want to pay a lot) this is a GREAT affordable option!

The item is amazing. The box it came in had a very very strong smell. We learned about this item in therapy. They bought a couple and theirs did not come with a chemical smell. Once I put the buzz buddy in a different storage box and boiled the rubbers for a while and washed them, we got rid of the chemical smell. I asked for a replacement and they could only do a refund. Great item for the price but I was disappointed that I had to find a different storage container and I had the fright of a very strong chemical smell. We only kept it and used it because it is essential. Also, there was no more available at the time I needed to purchase another so I just decided to try to use the one I had.

Inserted battery and could not get it out again! The handle diameter is too narrow, packaging looks good but simply could not get this to work
