What do i need to have it fit a regulation mapp tank from home depot?

You need a mapp/propane regulator, adaptors from the regulator to the mapp gas cylinder. All parts available from Amazon.

I use a standard gas regulator that I got from a weld shop. small tool store you can try out the tip hose fittings. Craft stores may also carry tools.
