I love this mat
I love this mat. It's soft and not hard so I feel my high end knives are safe. I have a good quality wood cutting board that's rather large and I don't always bother to use...this is quick and easy and I can just grab it. Only down side is that it stains a little. Otherwise great cutting mat.
