Effective but not the easiest thing to have. It is kinda cumbersome with the cord and have to be gentle with the glass tubes

I never write reviews but this deserves it!! I struggle with hormonal acne and gave this a try. I have only had it for 3 days and it has already made such a difference. While its not a miracle remedy, it has already made a huge difference. The pimples I already had, it helped to shrink and flatten. There was one forming and I used it in there right away and it dissolved it!So there are two products in this purchase purple ones which is argon, use those tools on acne! The other ones are neon, use that for fine lines and to help your serums/oils absorb into the skin.When starting, I was intimidated by the sound so I recommend turning music on. Also, start with one of the instruments that have a bigger surface area and on the LOWEST setting to get use to the feeling. Lowest setting doesn’t hurt but it takes a little time to work your up with this!The box doesn’t really have much information so definitely YouTube! But I’m obsessed, buy it! This one is definitely more affordable than others and I’m telling in the 3 days I’ve owned it, huge difference in my skin!

Has to be used consistently

All glass tubes were in tact, but I agree, packaging was not the best. I HIGHLY recommend watching a YouTube video about what this does to help understand it better. I learned a lot that way.I worry this is a gimmick, but will try to update in a few months so see if it actually does anything noticeable. I use mine daily for 5 minutes each implement. We shall see!

When I got it, it was unprotected and came with two broken ones. So I worked with what I had and for the ones that weren’t broken they worked wonderfully so even though shipping was poor the product is wonderful.

I’ve only been using for a couple weeks but I’m pretty impressed with the quality of this device for the price in comparison to leading brands.

4 out of 7 wands were not working, in which one of them was also broken. Wands are not symmetrical and there is a cheap metal smell to all the products. Did not come with the same box, and the box was damaged. I recieved it today hoping all wands would work but only 3 of them did.
