Keeping toned.
Nice bit of kit. Easy to use and a good price. Just toning up a few muscles to keep me a bit fitter. As Im getting a bit older. And my jobs are getting easier. So not using all my muscles. Thanks.

Good idea but needs work
All the way to 18 with ease... 20 was tough but the handles bent straight away... lasted all of 2 mins... handles need spacers to reduce flex

exercise equipment started leaking from the piston part, the bolts have broken extremely dangerous
Very disappointed leaking from the piston and dangerous bolts sheered I've tried to return but absolutely no joy I would( NOT)recommend this item ,I was lucky as one of the bolts snapped and shot just past my eye, DANGEROUS
