Got this to see if a slimmer pillow would be more comfortable and reduce my snoring. Apparently it didn't help with the snoring, according to my wife. I do find it more comfortable than the many traditional thickness pillows I have tried in varying firmnesses. My neck is in a more neutral position when sleeping on my back, and I am able to stomach sleep again with no neck pain, which I am very excited about. I was worried that it would be too thin for sleeping on my sides but it seems to be just enough to do that comfortably as well. I am also pleased with the fact that I never noticed it feeling hot, even with a sweltering summer last year. I am very glad I got this pillow.

This pillow filling is so soft and yet has perfect support for my head and neck. It is cool to the touch, doesn’t make noises when I move and actually muffles the sound in the room, against my head. I’ve looked for a long time for a pillow that I can use. I’m pretty sure my first night using this pillow was the first night in years that I have slept through the night. I highly recommend trying this pillow. It is very well made, looks nice, washable cover, and a great value for the money.

I sleep flat on my back, usually use no pullow at all but when I turn to my side I need just a little help to fill the neck hole. This pillow is WONDERFUL!! It is so slim that I'm comfortable on my back, it's cool and when I do roll it up a half turn, it fits my neck without causing my head to incline. I did n I t want to pay that high price, but now, I would pull the trigger again if I needed to. Why did I never think to search "flat pillow"? Thank you!

Sometimes I go through phases where I sleep with no pillow, so I figured I should at least get a really skinny one for a bit of support. Lately I’ve been falling asleep on my side, and this pillow isn’t great for that. But when I wake up on my stomach or back, it feels amazing. I feel supported and super comfortable. The pillow itself is great quality, not cheaply made or under stuffed. It’s soft, well made, and the concept is perfect. I just wish I were more of a consistent back or stomach sleeper so I could take full advantage of it.

So unlike most people buying this pillow to use as their primary pillow, I was on a desperate search for ways to improve the pillow I already have. I love my regular pillow, which is also memory foam, but it just wasn't lofty enough for me. I have tried what feels like every pillow in the world and I just can't seem to find "the one". It became apparent that if I wanted a holy grail pillow I'd have to make it myself. And that's where this Bluewave pillow plays its role. I am extremely picky when it comes to pillows. I suffer from insomnia and find that the comfort of my pillow is a big factor in how quickly I fall asleep (assuming I sleep at all). Generally, my overall preference in a pillow is that it be a solid piece of memory foam; I like that they don't lose their shape and I don't have to fluff or adjust any filling. I also like a high loft, but not TOO high or else my neck will hurt. And it has to be firm but not TOO firm, again, because neck pain. I'm like the Goldilocks of pillows but have yet to find the one pillow that's "just right". So as I mentioned I already have a pillow I like. It's the closest thing to a perfect pillow that I've found, and IS high loft, but when I rest my fat head on it the loft is non existent. I kept thinking to myself that if only it were 2 more inches high it would be perfect. I began searching for low loft pillows that I could add to my existing pillow to give it the extra loft I needed. But most low loft pillows were still too high, and those that were the right height didn't come in a King Size. Until, TADA, I found THIS pillow here on Amazon. It seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. The right height and the right size at the right price. And I already love Bluewave for that. But also, I love that they offer two different height options, and SHAPE options. I chose the half shape with a flat side which was perfect for my needs since I was going to sandwich two pillows together. I also chose the Ultra slim as I wanted the least height available. So I took this pillow, and my other pillow, and stuffed them both into a protective case to form what is now the holy grail of all pillows. And because I put them into a protective zippered case, I can easily switch pillowcases when I need to. The loft now looks crazy high, but when I rest my head on it the height goes down and my head feels better supported. I do think that it could be more perfect if there was a version of this pillow that was only 2" high, but for now this is as close as it gets to perfection. Thank you Bluewave for offering this product. I have not found anything else that compares. Not only is it good quality, it's super low profile. It's a very versatile pillow because those that want a low profile can use it on its own, or people like me who want more loft can add it to their existing pillow. I highly recommend this pillow to anyone with these needs.

I've tried just about every pillow it seems, trying to find one that doesn't cause me neck and shoulder issues. I am a side and back sleeper with a small frame. We also have a soft mattress which makes a difference too. Anyway I recently realized that I needed a lower loft pillow even though I do sleep on my side a lot of the time. I prefer solid memory foam to the shredded filling as I've found that the shredded filling moves around and doesn't provide that consistent support. It is hard to find a solid foam pillow that isn't too thick and too firm. This pillow seems just right. It is thinner than than what I would have thought I needed, but I am comfortable and without pain in the mornings. The foam is on the softer squishy side, but also supportive. Your head sinks in nicely, but not too much. The cover is also nice and soft. Most of us probably use a pillow case anyway, but I still appreciate a nice cover to protect the pillow. I would definitely recommend this one. 👍🏻👍🏻 Update: Still great, but because it is a little bit softer and squishy pillow (for memory foam) I ended up going up from the 2.75" to the 3.25" just to compensate a little for the sinking in difference. This way I still have the right support. I like that the pillow is on the softer side (again for a solid memory foam pillow) and you definitely don't sink all the way down into it. It does provide good support, but 2.75 was just a little too thin for me if you consider that slight difference. I had no neck issues, but my shoulder was a little squished when sleeping on my side.

I purchases the product and the delivery date became an extra day. as soon as it arrived I opened it and it had yellow stains as if someone had already used the product. I do not recommend anyone to buy an expensive pillow and then receive a used product

I'm like a hybrid stomach-side sleeper who sleeps with their arm under their pillow. This pillow is dense enough that it dramatically relieves the pressure on my arm over your standard fluffy pillow, and less dense memory foam pillows. (ex. Blissbury) For that, I highly recommend it, that was my biggest problem when trying to get to sleep. As for the max cooling side - wow - I sleep in a pretty chilly room (~64F) and the pillow dissipates heat very quickly. After a few hours sleeping on it, it certainly loses much of its coolness but it's still cold enough that I don't wake up and grab a different pillow. If I take a few minutes in the bathroom and come back, the pillow is already back to being cold. Pretty impressive. Honestly, the cooling effect is a little too strong if you run your room cool like I do. It can actually feel a little painful for a bit until your head warms it up. I enjoy it though. The Tencel cover that it comes with is absolutely useless, I would just chuck it and put a nice envelope cotton pillow case on. The Tencel is okay, but the hard fabric band that surrounds it is mildly annoying against your neck. I find a percale weave cotton to be much more comfortable in the long term. The foam itself wasn't too bad for smell, I stopped noticing it after a couple days though it was fairly strong on the first night. I skipped the de-odorizing steps, and the scent did not cling to my pillow case. The Tencel cover smelled pretty bad, so I would definitely wash that day 1 if you were to use it, which I don't recommend.
