The messages are welcoming and comforting for me to express whatever it is I want to share but kept hidden in the pages! I absolutely LOVE IT! Flipping through the pages… the book held together nicely. Page line spacing is t too wide nor too skinny… perfectly for my liking. All around it’s a great notebook!

This is the perfect size for my daily journaling. The quality is great! The only complaint that I have is how hard it is to use the backs of the pages because it’s so tightly bound. It would be perfect if it came in a spiral.
