NuWave Oven Cookbook: The Complete Guide to Getting the Most Out of Your NuWave Oven, Includes over 100 Easy and Delicious Recipes

I hadn’t used my Nuwave for awhile and got this book to get myself going again. I had forgotten how well this thing cooks bacon - perfection. And how moist foods are when cooked in Nuwave.Last night I made Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus and Orange Marmalade Marinated Salmon. Both delicious and cooked to perfection.Can’t wait to make the Jalapeño Poppers and Tequila Lime Shrimp.I knocked off one star because of so many errors in the recipes. For example, the Honey-Ginger Pork Chops calls for three cups of honey. A novice cook might not notice some of the errors. Plus, the author’s less-than-perfect command of the English language is annoying.

I have had a NuWave for years and this is an excellent cookbook for any of the products.It is well written.The only thing I don't like are the pixs are cloudy from being enlarged but over all it is well done.And thank Heaven the print is large and easy to read for us BabyBoomers.

This is a good cookbook for getting menu ideas and for seasonings. Excellent variety and well organized. However there are several measuring amounts that are way off. ie. Meat marinade that calls for 3 CUPS of honey. Also the recipes tell you to turn meat half way through cooking.....however for roasting a whole chicken it never said what side down to begin the roasting. This next problem may not apply to everyone. Many recipes call for a 4" rack. My Nuwave does not have a 4" rack nor does it have any combination of racks to equal 4". The recipes are luscious and easy to prepare. Most ingredients are on hand. You need to use common sense on portions.

Finally, a cookbook for the Nu-Wave oven that has recipes I'm actually looking forward to make. These sound good and the ones I've made so far are good and easy.

If you're new to the Nuwave oven then you will definitely need to bypass this cookbook. There are no page numbers to go by with the index and on quite a few recipes there are missing ingredients that you're supposed to use but are not in the recipe ingredients.

The recipie's ingredints are everyday ingredients you have around the house, is what I like the best. Not a bunch of things you wouldn't use once in a blue moon.I do wish that they were spiral bound so the book would lay flat when you are putting your recipe together.

Bought this to go with our Nuvave. Love them both.

I have been looking for recipes to make in my nuwave oven. These are really good. Nice variety of recipes.
