Very pleased. Started to use it after long term antibiotic use. Just finished the first bottle and already feeling much better. Bloating is gone and my skin has started to settle down. Have started on the second bottle and will continue taking them. They are easy to swallow and I don't notice any taste or smell.

Good product that does work but needs to be taken over a long time to see benefits, if I only brought one bottle I would have been disappointed with and results but after second month there is a noticeable change, with me that was less ibs and less bloating and possibly more energy

Only been taking these for a week after a heavy hitting course of antibiotics so I know my gut is a wasteland. It does not help that I have IBS anyway. Well It is early days so far but I know it is definitely making a difference already my gut is gurgling all day like some kind of sea monster. I also have done an experiment by adding the contents of one capsule to my home made Bulgarian yoghurt starter culture that I brew for 24 hours. This should mean that my breakfast is supercharged. The resulting yoghurt does seem to taste slightly more fermented ie a little more tangy. I am not expecting a quick miracle, after all it is like populating a barren planet with possibly a few surviving nasty entities. If I remember I will report in a few weeks and give a more informed verdict (fingers crossed). The capsules themselves are easy enough to swallow they are not huge.

An easy to swallow supplement.Sadly, after going through the full bottle, I noticed no difference in my gut health or bloating. Perhaps it wasn't what I needed, but it didn't give any untoward side effects either.
