I’ve beeen using this machine for about 1.5 weeks all the steps from cleaning to cooling. I use a skincare line called Skinmedica and if you use it or know of it you know it’s kind of expensive, so in penetration mode I use the HA5 serum which is a hyaluronic acid serum and its consistency is not like a heavy cream but also not a liquid it’s in between both, when I put it on it feels velvety and one pump goes a long way, so penetration mode is supposed to help the product absorb better and deeper and it’s supposed to make your product better, well that’s not what’s happening instead of absorbing my serum like my face does usually the penetration mode dries it out and clumps it up and by the time I’m done and I see all these rolled up balls of serum all over my face I’m obviously not happy because it did the opposite of what it’s supposed to do. I tried to move on to my moisturizer and it did the same thing, I’m beginning to think that the only thing that will absorb on penetration mode is a liquid product or a RF gel, which is extremely upsetting because I pay a lot of money for my skincare products and I can’t use them with this device and now I have to try and find something that will work and add it to my skincare routine which i wouldn’t even know how to add it because I already have a lot of products going on. Same with the lifting mode don’t know what product to use nothing I have works it dries out and clumps up. The special mode works just fine with my eye cream, cooling mode is great too, if I purchased it for those reasons I’d be happy but I purchased it for the RF, EMS lifting and sculpting……..sucks

I bought this product to help tighten my neck and chin. I've only had this product for a week, so I cant tell you whether it works or not, but heres what I can tell you. It came in a nice box with friendly instructions that were easy to follow. It takes me about 5 min a day so not too bad and I believe the instructions said you could cut down to a couple of times a month when your goal. The only negative and it's minor and might be my fault is of the 5 modes, 4 if them have an indicator for low, medium, and high....except for the cooling mode. There is no mention of different levels in the instruction for cooling mode, but it feels to me like if I press the button I would normally press to increase or decrease the intensity, it gets colder. Could just be me but I put it out there. Overall my first impression is good and I fully expect that it will work as advertised.

I’ve have recently bought this and I like the cleaning and special functions. I can’t no comment yet on the lifting. I’m using all the functions and I notice my skin feels refreshed and tone after each use.The instructions mentioned the special function is for the eyes. But is too hot for meI like it on my face . The first time I used the special function around my eyes it left the white of my eyes irritated. So I like to use for other zones of my face

First of all, the directions are not clear. For example, "evenly apply skincare product to your face such as serum gel, firming cream or mask. These are all so different, you don't know what to put on before the application. Secondly, there is no improvement whatsoever! So sad, it simply does not work.

Love using this tool I can see an immediate difference as well as feel a difference in my facial skin and muscles. I'm 41 and years of sun as well as a difficult life (past type 1 diabetic with kidney failure and coma) have made my face begin to rapidly age through a bit of loss of muscle tone around my eyes and mouth. I've been using this tool 4 times a week for about 2 months and it tuned to be halting the signs of aging (droopy tired skin with no brightness or energy) I'll continue using. I'm not sure why some are claiming it burns their skin, obviously they're not using it correctly! I'm glad I purchased this it's the best even though it's somewhat expensive.

Been using it for about 2 month every other night with anti eye bag cream. So far i kind of see a difference in a good way. The bags under eyes are less prominent. I use it on special mode under both eyes. I wish the instructions were more clear and detailed, but otherwise will continue to use

value for money.I used it for a few months and I love this one. I was planning on buying an expensive one but I tried this one. Turned out that this works great. the heater is warm and works great, my face is lifting and my boyfriend said my face kida lifts up. I don't see any big changes but he thinks it changed a bit. Great!

I bought the RF device about a month ago. I use twice daily (am and pm). I start with the lifting mode. I have a good conductivity gel for that. Four minutes on my neck and 4 minutes on my face (am/pm). I then use the penetration mode for my cream then serum (until absorbed). Serum can penetrate cream but not vice versa. I check my progress each morning in a very harsh mirror. I am seeing changes; especially in my neck! Would spa results be more dramatic? Yes but my neck is absolutely firmer. I may splurge on spa RF and use this for maintenance. Very happy with my purchase!!
