Great roller. Stiff, but not unbearable.
Love this little roller. It's perfect for travel as it's small. But I mostly use it at home and it's just fine. It's stiff, but i just used it on the bed until I got use to it. GREAT for stiff back release.

Medium or High Density Depends on Your Body Type
I think this product is great! I can’t understand why it’s so hard to find a narrower circumference roller but it is. I need the narrower ones bc it just works better for me. More targeted.I bought the higher/firmer one (black) based on the reviews that said the other one was too soft. My mistake. The firm is WAY too firm for me. My body type likes a medium firmness. It just works better for me (5’7”, 140lbs). But if you are very muscular and/or weigh more than I do, I could see why you’d need a firmer roller. For me, it hurt too much and wasn’t as effective. Not the product’s fault. I’ll be trying the medium instead. I just took one star away because I feel like it’s a few dollars more than it should cost but otherwise a great item if you know what you’re getting into.

Bad logo placement, but easy to remove
- Everything I want in a FIRM foam roller- The short size and small diameter is great for travel, so lightweight- Slightly different pressure and positioning from the 12” diameter version, but great- WHY WOULD YOU PUT a hard logo in the middle of a massage roller?? Terrible design, but at least it’s easy to peel off. Otherwise, works great.
