True heavy table
This table it is heavy, very stable, easy to assembly, arrives in good condition, perfect for 4 chairs and small space. Great for the price.

Perfect!
This table was perfect for the small space I intended it for. One leg seemed to need a small spacer to keep the table level. It was an easy fix and something not uncommon in other pre-built tables I have dealt with. FYI ... When attaching the legs to the tabletop, there are no predrilled holes but the legs are easy to install by driving the screws with a cordless drill or even manually, by hand ... I attached mine manually. I only mention this because I have seen some reviewers for furniture that appear to be surprised when there is no predrilling.

Difficult assembly
We are having a difficult time with assembly. The holes do not line up. We may need to return this

Easily dented and scratched
This table fit my space and was easy to assemble. The main issue with it is that it scuffs, scratches and dents soooooo easily. The finish on the tabletop was trashed within a month of light-normal use. Had I known that was going to happen, I would not have wasted the money on it.
