Just perfect

Love these little wooden measuring spoons! They are so adorable with the leather twine holding them together. They look well-made and I’m hoping they hold up well. The only thing I’m wondering is if I should use any kind of oil on them to help them stay nice. Kind of like how you “cure” a raw wood cutting board? The wood seems a little dry and I don’t want it to splinter with use & washing?

They are measuring spoons. Nothing fancy and that is what I love about them. They are simple, and brings a little bit of nature into the kitchen. No plastic, no color. I absolutely love them. They are just adorable...and the measurements are accurate.

These are extremely cute, but oddly the 1/4 tsp does not have an opening to be on the string with the others.

I absolutely love this set of measuring spoons. They are clearly labeled, very sturdy (not thin wood), and easy to clean.

Cute but strange smell. I don’t know if it’s a varnish smell, or the type of wood, or what. I’ll wash them and see if that helps.Edited: washing and oiling helped a bit. Still not going to use them for food because of the smell. :(
