Have been using the roller for some time now.Excellent product.

El color y el diseño me gustaron mucho; la espuma tiene bastante firmeza y mejora la circulación. Aunque es costoso, me esperé a conseguirlo durante el buen fin y quedé más satisfecho con la compra.

I have been foaming rolling for recovery for 15 years. I have 2 Trigger Point grid foam rollers and the rumbler. I wish I had bought the Rush years ago. This foam roller is just that much more effective. The Rush digs into muscles deep and the increased circulation is euphoric. I use it on my back, quads, calves and gluts. Be careful using it on IT bands, that might be too much. For IT bands I still use my 26” grid foam roller. The massage is intense but it hurts so good.

So I've used various rollers for years and this is a bit firmer to most. It does the job and is (in my opinion) a great colour. If you buy a separate strap its easy to carry too. It comes with basic instructions on how to use it ( as all the trigger point performance products do) which is great. Is it better then other foam rollers that they do....I'm not sure. If you want one which is slightly firmer and adds the extra of stretching the skin in different plains of motion then go for it but if you're just getting into rolling, then you're probably best with the standard roller they do. It would also save you a bit of money as this one isn't cheap either. Overall for the person who wants that bit extra from a roller then its a great product and would reccomend, otherwise stick with the standard.
