NGK 2667 Spark Plug BKR7EIX Iridium IX (4 Pack)

Used these on my 2004 Mini Cooper S (R53) after installing a 15% supercharger pulley. They completely resolved the random misfires I was experiencing under boost. The OEM-style 4-prong plugs didn't seem to perform well with the increased boost, but these NGK Iridium plugs worked perfectly. Engine runs smoother, pulls stronger, and has been trouble-free since the installation. Highly recommended for modified R53s.

I saw how to test these spark plugs. I tried it, don’t mind my multimeter. Resistance wasn’t jumping, it’s even better than my old Bosch plugs. Resistance should be between 3-7K

I have not yet put these in my motor, but I was skeptical of these spark plugs at first. I needed to gap them to a lower tolerance. I believe these came gapped at 0.030” and I needed them to be gapped at 0.024”. I tried to just use a spark plug tool and the usual brute force by hand to close the gap. But I could not get the gap to close on these no matter how hard I tried by hand. I ended up having to use a vice in order to close the gaps, that’s how difficult it was. Which was weird to me because I’ve never had plugs be that difficult before. But I have checked out these plugs and I don’t see any signs of them being fake NGK plugs or anything. So maybe something has changed with these plugs, I don’t know.

I made thr mistake of buy another brand of spark plugs at my local autozone because they dont have the ngk iridium spark plugs I had all four pistons misfire if you have a volkswagen 2.0t it needs tge higher quality spark plug to run properly and you save money buying them on Amazon save yourself a headache buy tge better plug NGK is tge way to go on German cars

Nice and works well as it should be. Original parts for my Honda.

Easy install for my 2017 Tiguan Wolfsburg 2.0 tsi engine. 0.032” gap. No anti-seize necessary and torqued to 18 ft-lbs. put a bit of dialectic grease on the ceramic of the ignition coil. Would buy again. Update: still running great and no issues after 6 months of use. Obviously they are meant to last much longer, but I think at this point they have passed the dud test.

J'ai acheté des NGK Iridium IX BKR7EIX pour l'Été des chaleurs . Le numéro 7 dit que la bougie est plus froide. Pour l'hiver des NGK Iridium IZFR6K-11S 5266 pour le temps froid . Le numéro 6 dit que la bougie est plus chaude. Ceci est pour on Honda Civic LXSport 2010 qui est gâté pourri et encore quasi neuf..aucune rouille , peinture parfaite. Avec un Gaps de 0,044'' pour un feu réparti aidant a l'économie d'essence.
