Is it bulky? Does it bunch up on your belly? I'm looking kinda invisible one

It too still, and not flexible enough to alow me to bend out. It's good as a support, but because of the restriction when bending.

How to put on a back support belt ?

You just wrap it round until it is tight enough then pull over the Velcro side and secure it to the other side and then pull over the 2 "wings" and secure them to the belt using the built in Velcro fastenings on both of them. It only takes a couple of minutes to get used to fitting it and it stays perfectly tight.

Is it ok to wear while sitting? I tend to sit long hours and have lower back bain due to that, would this product help?

Probably not - it would be uncomfortable

Comfortable to wear without an undershirt?

No I prefer to wear an undergarment under the belt to cushion.
