I will admit that my vitamin D pill is miniscule and easy to swallow but these little strips that dissolve on the tounue are even easier. They're great for youngsters and seniors. In this day and age when they say vitamin D deficiency is a serious problem - this is an easy solution. My only complaint is that these come in a 10-pack. I wish I could order a box with a month's supply.

Are they delicious? No. But they are easy to take if you don’t like pills. But I’d probably recommend getting a different kind.

These remind me a lot of those fresh breath strips. It's the same idea, but instead of freshening your breath, you're giving yourself a dose of Vitamin D. It's a cool concept that will help people who find it challenging to swallow pills. These strips are smaller than the breath strips. They do have a lemony flavor, but they also remind me of a lemon lozenge you might take for a cough. Lozenges aren't like eating candy, but they usually do a good enough job disguising the flavor of the active ingredients. Overall, I think I prefer swallowing a pill.Each strip is well sealed and compact. So they would be easy to throw in your luggage if you are adamant about keeping up on you supplements.

I've purchased similar quick-dissolve strips in the past. Previous brand wasn't available, so I thought I'd try these. They don't dissolve well; they form a gummy slime. The taste is terrible... they taste like cough drops due to the addition of menthol (why?!?).

These strips taste like honey lemon cough drops, menthol flavor and all. The menthol flavor in these, is a bit stronger than it is in honey lemon cough drops. They contain menthol and eucalyptol, both of which, are usually in honey lemon cough drops. I looked at my 2 bags of honey lemon cough drops, and many of the same ingredients are in them and this. Though, obviously several are different. I like honey lemon cough drops. Even the sugar free ones, that contain sucralose, are decent. But, I dislike the taste that the sucralose gives these strips. These are sugar free, and sucralose is the artifial sweetener used in them. The strips are individually packaged, in a box of 10. I received 3 boxes, for a 30 day supply. Being packaged individually, they'd also be good for travel. The strips do dissolve quickly. Once dissolved, there's a slightly thick liquid on the tongue. It's not hard to swallow. Though, on it's own, it does take a couple minutes to get all of it completely gone from the mouth. Once it's all gone, there is a bit of an aftertaste that creeps up, and hangs around for way too long. For me, trying to wash it down with soda, actually makes the aftertaste more bitter tasting. So, I'll use them at bedtime or in morning. So, I can brush my teeth afterward. I guess they're ok. But, they're not something I'd order again for myself.

These Vitamin D3 Solves Strips® Instant Strips were a fun way to get your daily dose of vitamin D3 without swallowing a pill. The lemon and menthol flavors pair really well and mask any unpleasant after tastes. Like any product that uses dissolvable strips, they do tend to get stuck on the roof of your mouth but luckily the taste makes it refreshing wherever it lands.One negative (or maybe also a positive depending on how you use these) is the amount of waste this one vitamin D3 strip takes. I wish there were more than one in each packet.
