Q: How many panels does this bring? And does it have a panel with a door?

1 panel, 6 ft long, 4ft high. No door. You would need to buy gate.

Q: While most of my fence will be going into the dirt, I need to mount a couple posts on top of concrete. Any tips on how to do that?

Get metal “L” brackets, screw into the concrete and into the post. Get a sleeve that can be fastened into the concrete with screws then slide the post onto it and secure with screws. You’ll need a concrete bit for your screwdriver. My best advice is to go to a hardware store, tell them what you need to do.
