I have been practicing yoga for several years and needed a new mat l am 5ft 9 so l went for this as it is longer than my old one. It's perfect for me and the markings work great.lts super grippy. Most people go for lifeform yoga mats as they are the gold standard but these are a the same at the fraction of the cost and longer.It weighs over 4 kg which is similar to the extra large lifeform mat at nearly £200 it's made from the same materials.Yes you do get sweat marks on these type of mats but on heavy practice this is standard so does everyone else, but l clean mine once a week with warm water mixed with a few drops of tea tree and lavender oil to keep fresh.The thickness is great comfy on the knees unfortunately it doesn't come with a bag or straps but these can be bought separately on amazon but can take a while to find one that accommodates the extra length width and thickness of the mat,worth the money and hopefully will last several years of hard yoga l usually replace every 3 to 4 years so watch this space

1. It's HEAVY. Your regular strap or yoga bag won't fit2. Soon as you roll it out, you WILL say "wow!"3. It's proper grippy4. It's proper thick5. Little smell but nothing that lastsI really wanted a light coloured mat with minimal design and I'm excited to use this.

Obviously not portable but a great alternative to a more famous luxury brand, and I love the colour. Leave it out in my bedroom. Non slip and great thickness.

substantial and does not move and the guide lines on the mat have really helped me to get my positioning. Cheerful colour and its thickness provides extra comfort for floor work. Would highly recommend and it was also well priced - have bought more expensive mats previously but the is equal to those but with the guidelines and weight and its price better value++.
