Quality item. Just the right size ie it's not a bucket pretending to be a cup. Lightweight but still sturdy. Lovely colour. My son in law, for whom it was a gift, loves it.

First, it comes in a nice, thick "brown bag" that is clamped shut with a metal clip with the company name on it. IMO, it was too much waste but unfortunately, people love the unboxing process so much.... so.... companies will keep doing what the public wants. Anyhow, after that, you remove it from a nice box. It's packed well so breakage is highly unlikely. Looks just like the photos listed so there's no need for me to post a photo of mine. Perfect cappuccino cup. Saucer is easy to hold and helps when some of my coffee dribbles down the side of the cup. Thankful for that saucer to catch some spills.
