I've used these Capella flavorings to make candies, and I also use them along with sucralose to flavor my oatmeal without adding calories. They work well for both. This apple flavor is somewhere between real apple flavor and "artificial apple candy" flavor. I like it, though it definitely doesn't taste exactly like real apple. Note that it has zero sourness of its own, so you may also want to add citric acid.

I was excited to try these and ordered several flavors.. This apple was very nice in flavor, but I had to use quite a lot to get the amount of flavor I needed.. almost the whole bottle.. so it didn't seem to be very cost effective for me. Who knows.. maybe they will make an even more concentrated bottle or a larger bottle for my purposes... which was flavoring jicama to make a mock apple pie :)

As do I the taste is really bold in flavor,and if you get some of the actual apple flavor goin through the mouth piece you will then have appled lips,which is ok if it's not frequent really good product thanks guys

I purchased this flavoring to make e-cigarette vape juice as well as hard candy. The flavoring is a nice change of pace from the most common food flavorings. Even though taste is subjective, this liquid seems to do a better job of representing "fresh" apple flavor than most. The two distinct apple flavors make this ideal for apple juice type flavorings or to make something taste like an apple based baked good such as a pie or tart.This is a super concentrate. Therefore, if you are using in place of Lorann oils, you would replace at a 1:1 ratio meaning; you would use a scant teaspoon in place of a dram bottle or simply recycle a dram bottle for measuring.

This flavoring is intense which is perfect for making fudge and other apple flavored treats! A lot of other apple flavorings I’ve tried in the past seemed too mellow and no one ever really tasted it. This flavoring required very little and packed a lot of apple flavor into our food! Overall great purchase!

This tasted like chemicals right out of the bottle. I put 6 drops in a 16oz water, and had to pour it out. My husband was looking at me strange, but I saved a swallow for him, and he almost threw it up.I don't know how it would be in a vape, I guess I am gonna try it that way.
