I LOVE This product!
I have been using this product for a while, periodically. Over the past few months, I've been using it daily as the fat in my food plan. I'm unable to tolerate plant oils for some weird reason. And have many food sensitivities. I refrigerate the jar and use the duck fat even as a spread, melted on rice cakes. It has a delicate flavor. I have tried chicken fat, but the flavor is too strong. One thing I really like is that this is packaged in a glass jar. But this could be a concern regarding shipping. I have been so pleased in how carefully the company packages the jar. I've not had one broken and I just received three jars today! It is really expensive, I must admit. However, I checked out another product that is half the price, but it is in a metal can, which was a red flag to me. And when I went to the website, it didn't exist! I'm really pleased with this duck fat and highly recommend it.
