This ice vest is awesome!! I am large, so I couldn't crisscross the straps and be comfortable. However, I just attach them under each arm and it works just as well. It covers all of my back. The design is perfect because it covers my shoulders and my back. It is nice and thick and stays cold for a long time. I highly recommend this if you are experiencing temporary back pain. Well worth it !!

It's not as cold as ice packs, but it fits ok and feels ok.Edit:Actually, if it was too cold it probably wouldn't work. I've upgraded my review because I agree with the level of cold chosen

Smaller than expected. The material itself felt soft on the soft side and of good quality. I needed a full body one and because I liked the quality and after the fact of ordering this and another type by the same company then finding the one I was really wanting that would cover from head to tailbone, I got it.The only reason for the star count is the size, and how awkward it was to try to do the velcro, the part the soft part sticks to is double sided and scratchy, which would be uncomfortable against your skin.
