I recently purchased the OPPSEDECOR 600lbs 6 in 1 Weight Bench Set for my home gym, and I have to say, it has exceeded all of my expectations. As someone who values both high-quality workouts and efficient use of space, this bench has been a game-changer. The assembly process was straightforward, and I was impressed by the robustness of the construction. The bench supports a variety of exercises, and the squat rack is a welcome addition for my leg day routines. I particularly enjoy the added functionality of the leg developer and preacher curl rack, which allows for a comprehensive full-body workout. What I appreciate most is how easily the bench can be folded up and tucked away in the corner of my basement. Living in the New York metro area, space is at a premium, so equipment that combines functionality with a small footprint is crucial. This bench fits the bill perfectly. Despite its sturdy build, it's not cumbersome to move, making it ideal for those who need to optimize their training area when not in use. The 600-pound weight limit is indicative of the quality and stability of the bench. I have lifted heavy without any wobble or concern for safety. The padding is comfortable for long sessions, and the adjustment mechanisms are user-friendly, allowing me to switch between exercises with ease.

I bought this because I'm 55 and wanted a weight bench that had all the different options this one does to do light to moderate workouts. I also like that it folds up and out of the way when I'm not using it. This bench is exactly what I was looking for. The instructions were good and it was easy to put together and it took me about two hours by myself. I like the versatility of it and it seems well made. I've used for several months and it's held up really well and seems like it will last a long time. I also like the customer service. When I assembled it, the seat had a small rip in it and I sent an email to them on a Saturday. I didn't expect to hear back from them until Monday but they responded in a few hours and asked me to send a picture of the seat. I did and they responded the next day and said they would ship a new seat on Monday. They shipped the seat on Monday just like they said they would and it arrived in four days. So, I like everything about this bench and the customer service was good, too.

CONVENTIONALITY I live in a small space, so I was so happy to find a workout bench I could easily fold up and push to the side after working out. All I have to do is pull up the seat and it stands on its own, only taking up about 3 square feet of floor space. I can even lift it up to move it if I don’t want to drag it across my floor. And for reference, I’m a 5’2” 125lb 23y/o woman who only casually works out, so if anyone is concerned that it’ll be difficult to move then just know I could do it! EASE OF ASSEMBLY Working alone, I was able to assemble the bench in about 1.5 hrs. There were very few steps and the diagram was easy to follow. It comes with a wrench and Allen keys already so you don’t have to dig out your own. The most confusing part for me was probably sorting out the bolts, but even that was very intuitive. STURDINESS I can not speak too much about this because I am a small person and I am not really lifting cars or anything. Someone with more intense requirements might have more to say, but for my build and what I’m doing (the big 5, building strength) this bench is more than perfect. I feel very supported on it. VALUE I think just looking at the price, this bench was very comparable to other workout benches on here. HOWEVER, this was the only model that had all 4 aspects I looking for in a bench. The 4 aspects were (most important-least important): 1) Foldability (for easy storage and space efficiency) 2) Built in weight rack (for convenience to work with barbell) 3) Offers a seat (for seated workout options that require support) 4) Inclination options (just nice to have) To have all of these traits for the price this weight bench was what made this was a great investment for me. Many models that were foldable wouldn’t have a weight rack and others vice versa. Some models had all but a seat.

We purchased this 6-in-1 weight bench for our son (he was 9 at the time, for Christmas) after he had been asking for one for over a year. After doing a lot of research and reading through customer reviews, we decided on this one—and we're really happy with the choice. It supports up to 660 lbs, which is far more than we need, but it speaks to the durability and quality. We liked that it includes a bench, a bar rack, a leg developer, and a curl rack—all in one unit. It's also adjustable, which is great since both our son and we use it. With five levels of adjustment, it offers good flexibility for different exercises and body sizes. The imitation leather padding is comfortable and easy to wipe down after each use, which is great for keeping things sanitary. One downside: it did not come with a bench press bar as shown in some of the photos, and it also doesn’t include weights—but that was clearly mentioned in the product details, so we weren’t caught off guard. Overall, we’re very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a versatile and sturdy home weight bench.

Great bench. Easy to put together

Decent for what it is, but there are flaws. First, the complaints about the dimensions are true. The rack is far more narrow than a normal bench. I find myself having to lift a bar to clear the rack, slide my arms apart, do the reps, then slide my hands back together in order to re-rack. Doing this 6-8 times per set gets extremely annoying after awhile. Secondly, the dip bars in the back are far too short for those that have longer arms. Basically, it's a good bench, but it's obviously not made for the taller and broader people. If there was a way to adjust the width it would be near perfect.

It takes 2 hours to assemble. Parts come without numbers , so you have to guess what's what on the guide. The arm curl has an impossible angle to use , would only work for a hobbit. Same with the leg curls, or chest. The support to do chest presses is too narrow, forcing you to pick it from the outside in a bad position. Absolutely nothin in this bench is ergonomic or viable to work out properly. A total scam, unless you are Frodo.
