It helped my symptoms and I believe it aided my immune system when it was under attack but of course as soon as the barely 3 days worth of capsules were gone I was back to bleh. But there was definitely a noticeable boost.

Love how easy this was to use. I’m not completely sure it worked but even if it was a placebo effect I started to feel somewhat better after using.
