Best sugar substitute but pricey
I absolutely love this sugar. It’s high priced but it tastes like real sugar and cooks like real sugar.

Whey Lo is expeonsive but makes it possible to still have homemade seeet! What a treat!
Whey lo is used just like regular sugar. My husband is so thankful for it because I can bake anything and he is able to enjoy it. Hypoglycemia prevents him eating anything that has regular sugar added to it!

Great product
This product is an excellent choice when brown sugar is needed. It has a lower glycemic index than regular brown sugar so it's a good alternative for diabetics. It is all-natural so not an artificial sugar. It is therefore very safe as well as tasty.

I don't really know how or if it has a lower glycemic impact but it tastes good. Wish I could find more information on why it is supposed to be better.

Great Taste/Too Expensive (Review for Whey Low Granular Sweetener)
I've been using the sugar since 2008 when I read about it in a magazine. I love it in my coffee and my son uses it for homemade ice cream. I always order it directly from their website. It has increased price there during the pandemic, but I will continue ordering it from them directly until I can't afford to any longer. I don't recommend ordering it via Amazon since the price here is $10 more per 2 lb bag.
