Will the crimper work on rj11/rj12 ends?

Yes. The crimper will crimp RJ11/12 ends. Just need to place the ends in the center of the crimper. I use mine mostly for RJ11/12.

Will the crimper cut the cat5 "wires" of the cable fed thru the connector after crimping to the correct length??

Yes. They push the pins in to the copper making contact. So far every cable I made tested good.

Do these have the cable diagram printed on tool?

No, but I just looked up the color codes For A and B And then wrote them down on a small piece of paper and tape them to the side of the crimpers so I always have the color code
