Q: My boyfriend is 6’1 and about 280 lbs i think. this i going to be used for a trip to iceland in february. he usually is a xxl. what size do you think?

I am 6'2" and an XXL is a tad long but I like it. 280 lbs should be good, I am 250 and it has some extra room. Point is I think next size up would definitely be too long

Q: How much insulation in the sleeves?

I don't think anyone but the designer could tell you how much insulation is in the sleeves. Suffice it to say that the elastic cuffs keep out any unwanted air. I am elderly and sensitive to cold, but this jacket keeps me toasty.

Q: I’m 6,2 ft and 156 lbs, can anyone tell me what is a size fit better?

I am a bit "beefier" 6'2", 215 lb. I wear XXL and it fits nicely. Although I don't wear my clothes tight. I like some room, especially for the winter clothes: leave some space for a sweater and such. I would guess L would fit you. But be careful : smaller sizes usually run shorter.

Hi. Medium already will be big for ur weight. U should think about medium or smal. It’s good quality for a jacket but it’s big.
