I have found this product to be most useful, not just for removing makeup before going to bed, but for me, as I can mess up applying my eye makeup (liner, shadow, mascara), I just keep Q-tip swabs nearby, and if I make a mistake while applying my makeup, a little dab of this product on a Q-tip will allow to remove any "mistake" in makeup applications I might make, without having to remove all of the eye makeup I've applied up to that point. Also, in my experience, some eyeshadow I use can end up looking too heavy in one area of my eyelid, while being too light in another. With practice, I have found that using just a bit of this product on my eyelid, I am able to even out the eyeshadow so that it appears more evenly applied. By this, I mean that in using this product, it isn't so strong that it will immediately remove all you've applied down to bear skin. Of course if that is your intent, using a sufficient amount of this product on a tissue will quickly remove all makeup you'd applied. But it does also allow you to smooth out what you've applied in order to blend your makeup, or to simply remove a spot of makeup you accidentally applied that you didn't intend to do.For example, I use a liquid eyeliner, and if I miss in applying it, and "miss" applying it in a totally smooth line, a bit of this product on a Q-tip will remove any misapplication. I've even experienced having the eyeliner brush I'm using brush a streak of eyeliner across my nose (not fully awake at the time), and this product will fully remove my accident with little effort, whereas other products I've used require a bunch of effort to remove my accidental application when those products leave a remaining faint dark area when trying to totally remove the eyeliner, making correcting the misapplication into something that requires lots of rubbing to erase entirely.I have sensitive eyes, but have not felt a bit of stinging should I get this product in my eyes when trying to remove all of my eye makeup.Prior to using this product, I had, for years removed my eyemakeup with baby oil. While that works wonderfully, and causes no eye sting, this product just just as well without leaving an oily residue behind. Nor does it leave your skin feeling died out in any way after using it.Highly recommended!
