Very well written, and very much to the point. There's no ambiguity here. All the techniques are laid out plainly and simply. It takes a more yin approach to getting the job done. And before you even get to the results, the process itself is enjoyable. The worst that can happen is that you enjoy a fun meditation.

The techniques are not as effortless as what has been claimed. You still need to visualise and stuff; the very thing he claimed you won't need to do. Otherwise the book is given 3 stars because it had some other interesting nuggets.
